    Hello W086will, If you are sending coins dated before 1955, valued $300 or less per coin, you can use the ECONOMY Grading Tier. The cost will be $22 per coin plus return shipping, insurance, and handling. If you are sending coins that cannot go on the Modern Tier or Economy Tier you can use the EARLY BIRD Grading tier. The coins must be valued $3000 or less per coin. The fee will be $35 per coin plus return shipping, insurance, and handling.

    Hello, Just to let you know, we have our own Post Office on site with postal workers. All mail is delivered to us directly, we do not pick up the mail. We have a big back log of mail. We are behind scanning orders as delivered. If you package shows "Delivered" I'm sure it is here in the building waiting to be opened.

    Thank you. I can say with our older holders you will see what looks like glue residue on the side of the holder and even something that looks like a white haze. This will occur when the holders are being sonically sealed and not an unusual occurrence. Thank you, Lisa

    Dear Rigs, I'm sorry that you feel this way. We are receiving over 800 packages a day for grading. Most of our employees are working 6 days a week, up to 12 hours a day to try to get caught up. We are currently offering a $2500 sign on bonus to bring in new employees to help with the demand. It's possible that the other TPGS are not nearly as busy as we are right now. Thank you, Lisa
