  1. I wouldn’t be feeling too good if I paid $500 per coin in the beginning.
  2. I was going by standard label and asking price. I didn’t look at sold prices which may be different. CCs are averaging $250 and the Os are $200 for 70s. Looks like FDOI coins are in the $315 range for CC coins. This is only from an ebay search. The Denver coins are the highest priced in a 70.
  3. If I were trying to collect this series, this would probably be the nail in the coffin for me. Even if I was hardcore enough to make it through the initial release and still want to continue the series, this would make me throw in the towel. Especially after teasing people with proof strikes. A break in the series this early is a killer in my opinion.
  4. From what I see the average price for most MS70s are in the $200/250 range. The Denver coin seems to bring the premium right now. According to the pop reports, they are the ones that didn’t grade well, and 70s were less abundant. Then again, it depends on which labels they have.
  5. I’m glad I didn’t get mixed up with these. Seems like it has been one disappointment after another.
  6. Welcome to the forum. That’s one hell of a find in a roll.
  7. I feel like I see rub but it may be lighting. Ill say AU55. My question is what is going on with the rim? Is that finning?
  8. I really like the all over gold toners like your 91D. Another very nice trio for your set. If you add in the proofs, the set is 297 coins and counting. Quite an undertaking to complete. Keep up the good work buddy. I peek in on your set now and again. The set is looking great!
  9. Guess I missed this. Congrats again CB.
  10. Congrats again Rev. That’s a real nice pair you have there.
  11. Thanks. I have been looking for a replacement for my current slot holder that I was never that fond of. I like this one a lot better.
  12. This one showed up today. Shows a bit of a die rotation. The bottom pics show the degree of rotation.
  13. The only doubled die I see for 1990 besides the S is this one, but it is a DDR and a Philly coin. https://www2.briansvarietycoins.com/listings/cat/55
  14. Why not indeed. Congrats on the newps brother. Can’t wait to see what you picked up. You have superb taste.
  15. Large date. Easiest way is to look at the 9.
  16. That is a nice one and I’m sure wasn’t cheap with the bean premium tacked on. Nice find.
