  1. I’m using Littleton upper end albums and love my new Roosie dime issues. Dansco and others make similar items. I’m new to albums so learning as I go. 😉
  2. Do you mean in 2022 ? I have not bought yet but I’ll get sucked into something soon 😂
  3. Science experiment from H S. Caught me off guard when I saw my first one. I believe it was just gold plated. 😉
  4. Hey howdy Its sure interesting. There’s a collector for every coin, it’s been said 😉 I don’t think it’s of high value but eBay has been known to surprise us with what things sell for. I would put it in a home slab or nice plastic 2x2 and learn about it. You’re on the right track for information 🐈
  5. That’s a heap big question. 29mm. Ok I start the machine in motion 😉
  6. Dang JP. Way to go. Just got er done. What are you going to do next ? I must say my dime album project sure is more fulfilling than I expected. The way the dimes present on the page is a cool perspective. Well congratulations here’s a picture. I’ve been told that the large size(quarter, half etc) are harder to display, not sure but can’t say till I study more
  7. Happy New Year to you all. Old and new I sure hope 22 is a good year for us but either way I want to thank you all for your help and sharing your knowledge just for me asking! That’s a priceless gift. James , grandson 🤨🤶🙀 and cat
  8. Nice stuff. My 67 is awesome and agree if there’s good coins to be found then the 67 is the place to look. Congratulations 🎉🎊🎈🙀
  9. eBay. Download the app and use the search function. These are available S proof or D circulation issue for $1-2. In very nice condition. Slabbed starting at $12-15 I have found eBay a quick way to get a feel for the value. Many options available. 😉🙀
  10. Here’s some from ngc and pcgs and anacs has EU.
  11. Happy holidays everyone. I am having a heck of a problem posting (signing in). Fortunately I can see what you guys are talking about but mostly I’m locked out. If I was in time out I would not have got through today 🙀. Hopefully this will get fixed. Kinda interesting that the problem and a work around were posted over on pcgs forum. 😂. That probably answers the question of do the big guys get along. Yes and mostly so do the forum members 🙏 Nice pick ups and let’s hope this sign in problem is behind us.
  12. A regular coin is uncirculated finish. SP is burnished or enhanced reverse proof or reverse proofs. Heck the colorized are kind of a SP. 😉 They are minted as collector versions.
  13. Just my thoughts. I have no problem with anacs. ICG gets less respect so I study with the “coin not the holder, view.” Because I have coins in the top tpg holders doesn’t mean I don’t have some mistakes in everyone’s holders. It happens. Coins change in the holder. 😉
  14. Welp I got the email from our hosts. Wanted me to give a new password. 3 hours later and I’m in with the new password. Hi everybody! Hi Dr. Nick 😂🙀 I have had this problem for several months and complained about it. Glad to see it might be working. I freaked out when a couple days back I couldn’t contact everyone at the holidays 🤨. Happy holidays
  15. Yesterday at 7:30 am est they came up but the CC and O went quickly. If you are interested there’s a regular coffee club at that time checking the website. Good luck.
  16. Hey buddy working late or ,like me, can’t sleep. As for the quality issues. I’m in the mountains of Colorado so I see a lot of Denver coins and since 2019 (I think ) the coins have been higher quality than the Philly offerings. They have had a run of PL’s. Time for the late night western. 😉🙀
  17. Welcome. Great question and one that stumps me regularly. GBrad is pretty dang good at this ( along with a bunch of other folks here ). The steps ,as he sez, are a marker of machine doubling. Sometimes I think they look like little pedestals. 😉
  18. Yes there’s a thread started already. I got the notification ( first time ever being able to use it) and got a peace dollar I’ll bump the thread up
  19. Thanks Bill for the shout out. DB does some really nice stuff and there’s a couple others out there, too. Nice looking slabs. Go together well with the black inserts. Very well done. 😉
  20. Couldn’t agree more. First time around I got a CC and a peace dollar. Both not perfect but not bad. I fall down laughing listening to the argument about these being part of the early series. Commemoratives or not! The fight is real. I call them commemoratives and am not going to be collecting these or ase’s anymore. I will sit on the sidelines as folks rationalize the proof issues as part of the entire series. The rubber hits the road with the reverse proofs. Should be fun. ( by the way, I bought the peace dollar for a forum member). 🙏
  21. Yes sir. Got another Peace Dollar. Usually the mint releases extras at 7:30 am est. Very sneaky to release at 2pm. I will admit this is the first time the mint emailed me and there was enough time to order. Absolutely floored me. Never has a reminder text ever been timely enough to be able to order. Well done 😉
  22. Napping as often as possible but dang it, I dream about forum posts and coins I want or CzoINS I need or worse, koinz I missed. Sometimes I wake up in sweats and have to go raise a bid just to calm down No, no I can’t help 🤨
