  1. That is interesting James. This medal represents a major mine in the Netherlands, which according to the reverse is honoring a lost miner, A. Paffen only 25 years old. https://nl-m-wikipedia-org.translate.goog/wiki/Domaniale_mijn?_x_tr_sl=nl&_x_tr_tl=en&_x_tr_hl=en&_x_tr_pto=sc Kerk rade at the bottom translates from Dutch to English as Church Council definately on the Cool 😎 list.
  2. FYI, I asked the same question a few weeks ago. Alex in Pa suggested just using Microsoft Office or Excel. After considering some of the software out there and the price to paid for such, I began experimenting with Xcel. Made up the worksheet, doesn't matter how you make it. But the cool thing is that I discovered that a 2nd [age or sheet within that worksheet can hold inserted pictures. Then, back in the original page, you can create a column that has a HYPERLINK to the picture on the 2nd sheet, by entering the row the picture begins on. This hyperlink method could also be used to show the NGC or PGCS valuation link as well. I have a sample of the photo Excel sheet attached. Actually its really kinda cool. And best of all it was free as long as you own Excel. Mine is Office2003 ! Just seems peachy for me. Bill
  3. Both 1877 British Silver Double Florins. 1 has an Arabic “1 in 1877 1 has a Roman “1” in 1877 with a rim ding at 1 O’clock the Arabic “1” was used until 1890, but was changed mid year in 1877 Thank you in advance. NGC shows grade value, and PCGS photo grade doesn’t include British coins.
  4. Nice JP! I just got my unopened 1962 and a nice 1964 set today in the mail and bought a 75 and 78 set today. Pics when the last two arrive. Although I’m sorry to say I can’t get them for $5 like you do (haha). $10 and $12 respectively.
  5. What works for me is Arturo Fuente Flor Fina cigar boxes . Plentiful and inexpensive and they smell great. It cancels out the musty smell in some of the older envelopes.
  6. Just lucky enough to get the Morgan CC and the Peace dollar.

  12. Here you go Gbrad, sellers pictures. Not the best but S’s are not as nice as the 53 P and D.
  13. No I made a typo 1957-1979 53-56 is still on my list. I bought the 57 last week for $39 Got the 58 and 59 for under $40, the 1960 for $33 and a sealed 1962 today for $34, the 1964 for $27 i got mixed up because I bought a 1953 S gem nickel today.
  14. Brad, according to my Google search it is listed on Worthpoint. at least the reverse. The obverse appears to be a 20 centavos. Maybe some kind of hard times hybrid or counterfeit. the obverse can be going on NGC as the Second Republic of Mexico 1 Centavo https://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide/world/mexico-second-republic-centavo-km-391.1-1874-1897-cuid-1118242-duid-1424689 https://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/1873-civil-hard-times-post-era-gkl-1802827053
  15. It’s been so long for me that I couldn’t remember where or when I got it. They should date those and make them bigger it would be a collectible!
  16. Well JP, according to the PCGS proof set pricing guide, you got it for under their price! I have been closely watching that guide since you pointed it out to me. Now I have 55-79 and a few later ones that I have bought lately.
