I added this one to my horse-themed set today. It's a "wow" coin in hand. I'm very pleased with it, and the horse look is quite different from the other Hannover coins I have in my set. This Saxon Steed rendition is quite a bit more emaciated and I really like the flowing hair! It's a hard one to photograph, as the little guy is only about the size of a US dime.

Just got a Canadian 5c 1894 ICCS MS63, often described at a key

date but 500,000 minted. Whether that many were actually minted I

don't know. V low population, here at NGC and the 'other place' esp

in this grade.

Thank you Roman! That one is my favorite toner amongst the several nice pieces. One of these days I need to send another Box O Stuff to Todd to take some decent photographs. He could do it justice, I cannot, but it is much richer in person.

Best Regards,

George

These are my pickups from the NYINC show last weekend. The first two were purchased on the floor, the last one is from the Stacks/Bowers auction.

Picked this up raw at the NYINC show. Just mind blowing condition for this type coin. These heavily circulated and to find one in this condition, fully prooflike, on a well rounded and not cracked planchet is amazing. Very likely the finest Venetian 1/2 Scudo in existence.

Nice color on that one, nunfa0!

I finally received the pillar I picked-up at NYINC and submitted on-site to NCS for conservation. They did a great job removing a few spots of verdigris on the reverse without touching any of the toning.
