Bob is probably correct which is fine at$15-$20 each I think I’m ok cost wise. I put them in those capsules and I don’t think they have changed. I’ll get my close up picture set up and snap a few including some things that make me suspicious 🤓

With peace dollars and Morgan’s eye appeal to me is way more important than grade. #1. Clean cheeks #2. Clean fields. Then strike. It’s the main reason I avoid collecting either. 🤓

Seems to just re-enforce buy what you like. For me I am a touchy freely kinda guy and a quality reproduction is right up my alley at the same time I have the greatest respect for each of our unique interactions with coins. I am a stickler for quality 🤓

Holds big meaning for me and the market is the last thing I care about. At $35 I’m really happy. I’m just a simple man but I know my limitations looking at pictures is nice and all that, I can get a tremendous amount of enjoyment. Hold a 2oz. Octagon panPac observe the quality. I spent some of my life wanting and not being able to compromise. So I had pictures and dreams but no way to resolve it. Agreed that the nicest thing about our hobby is the vast array of different types of collectors 🤓 last year I paid $38 apiece for the 2oz.panPac. Can’t touch em for under $75-80 now.

Moving away from ase’s and such I recently started buying quality reproductions like d.Carr’s 55 double die coins I could never afford. Second I bought the grove mint flying eagle cent. Today took time off from buying books and pulled the trigger on this chain cent ! please feel free to post something new your doing that is making you happy (coin wise)😁

Yes sir. I ran across a collector on eBay seems to not be around anymore. He collected them and being as how I loved them I didn’t care if it was artificial toning although he was fairly certain they were naturally toned. I purchased them separately over a year same guy. I’ll post some close ups maybe we can speculate on artificial or not 🤓good morning

Their very easy to deal with no problem examining the coin not the one send it back. I am older with some time to spend comparing Littleton eBay and a few others sometimes it’s eBay sometimes apmex now and again Littleton especially for tougher items. 🤓. Enjoy. Call me silly but Littleton will sell you a genuine coin. They can be pricey but not really to bad. What they have is inventory and lots of it. I find talking with someone on the phone is best but I’m old and don’t type well. My2 cents 🤓

That’s what I did with my V-75 I can sure as heck pick it out from the crowd. Ugly duckling and such. Seems as though unless the mintage is 500,000 or more returns are self defeating. Why the heck can they figure out how to detect faults in widget assembly lines with scanning can’t they adapt that kind of technology at the mint. Pharmacy products sure need inspection. On and on😈
