  1. I have seen that also. I’m thinking during all the up coming craziness with the Mint. I just might slide in and get a 69 WW2 ase privy for $250 or less catch the right auction at the right time or make offer for someone selling to cover the mint mess. I ll post it if it should happen 🤓🙀 I did get one at release and kept it original mint packaging
  2. 2005 those satin nickel come to mind. I don’t remember hearing anything about special finishes for the quarters. 2017-2018 had some reverse proof enhanced uncirculated that’s not it?2008 is close to 2005 I will wait with you. I seem to be stumped. Sorry buddy. I do some more research Found it😉
  3. I personally would leave them as is. For me I just buy an already slabbed coin. There’s no guarantee of grade so if I wasn’t sure I would buy a 69 No guessing no disappointment. Getting a 70 is a shoot. Now I am a collector only so those who buy and sell will weight in on that. Welcome aboard and buy what you like and you will be a lot happier
  4. With so many nice renditions of the eagle why did they put a chicken head on the new type 2gold?😂
  5. just a funny. Sounded like you were saying $15 and had earlier advised me I would need $25. Sorry if you misunderstood. Good luck and keep us posted thanks 🙏
  6. I put something on the scale because I am a clutz. You name it I can drop it. First 70 slabbed coin I bought a few years back. I opened the package and promptly dropped it on the kitchen floor. I broke it I use cotton cloth cut in 2x2’s so I don’t scratch ding or anything. Paper works well. I just had lots of tee-shirts.
  7. Fast shipping and tracking? $12 out the door. MCM suprises me every once in a while like Apmex and others. Between the looking I do and awesome tips like this one. Seems like they all do a “lost leader” and it’s about timing then. Thanks again 🤓🙀
  8. Hey Bill play with the lights this one is really good for fancy pictures like this
  9. Practice practice practice. I use an iPhone 7 a$10 stand mostly just walk around until I get the right light. I set the phone on photo settings some use portrait. I use my finger on the screen and move the telescopic feature to about 2-3. Hard part is lighting and I just tilt the coin until I get a good shot
  10. Here’s one from eBay. Anything similar. I can’t see JKK ‘s but he’s very smart so I listen to him. This is food for thought Welcome 🙏!!
  11. Your welcome and it’s a beauty. Congratulations buddy 😉
  12. Little off center. I don’t think there’s any premium but the troops are on the way. They will know for sure Welcome 🙏
  13. $15. You told me $25. I feel somehow unloved. I try to be polite. Answer questions to the best of my ability. And now this 😂. The only way I could ever get over this would be for you to sell me one for $1. 😂. Seems fair 😂
  14. Welcome back. Now selling to me I’m sure you would want me to pay$1.00 per roll 😂 Sorry. There’s humor here too! I would start by checking eBay sold prices. Un searched rolls are a good one. The gang will be along soon with more suggestions
  15. Your a better man than I. FB. Twitter computers! No no. When I seek adventure I drop over to collectors forum (but not without armor and weapons of war😂)
  16. Here is today’s available 1983 proof sets. Fresh from eBay. Good luck buddy there’s more 🤓
  17. Thanks buddy. Got one and at$12 out the door! The dang things are never this much of a bargain! Thanks owe you one🤓🙀. Those knock-off hold any style holder are more than this and most of those are overseas and awaiting the long journey. Sweet
  18. For ten bucks id buy it just because I lt. That’s the key to happy collecting 🤓🙀 Dang a burger with fries and a shake $10. Happy time enjoyment value 2-3 out of 10 and gone in an hour. The slab will always be there and unlike the burger there’s a bonus. You can probably always get close to $10 for the slab. What remains of the meal isn’t worth much but the memories 🤓🙀
  19. This question is one that guarantees diverse opinions. Mine are ngc or pcgs are pretty dependable. I have a warm spot in my heart for anacs. First slabbed coin I ever bought (undergraded in my opinion). Still buy them today. ICG now I don’t have any. I personally don’t think they have a problem I can lay my finger on but from my experience they need to be inspected in hand. Just me. This is true for all coins. There appears to be a better market for the 3 main graders but ICG doesn’t get the love the others do. That being said there is no substitute for learning to grade as I’ve seen some really questionable grades from all of them. Buy what you like and you will be happy !
