  1. Buy it for .99 and if you don't like it DIP It
  2. 1964 was the last year of the silver Proof set in the manila envelope.
  3. The photos are to far away to see it clear but it looks like it was cleaned on the obverse at one time or another and then someone put it in the freezer to tone away the evidence.
  4. I got some great deals on these coins so far. The PCGS and NGC graded MS coins for $23 or less each and the ungraded or garage MS coins were under $10 each. Now if anyone is tired of looking at there coins and wants to part with some of these type of slabed WWII coins let me know . But I will remind you if you don't already know I am a cheep OLD SOB......
  5. I think everything type 2 is way overpriced and it will stay that way as long as people keep buying. The dealers are finally making money on all the new coins for 2021 and that's cool, but they are not going to give out any deals until purchases slow down.
  6. It has been subjected to time and weather copper will corrode and deteriorate.
  7. It looks like a normal 1969 S to me
  8. Last time I checked with the dealer near me he said if it has been folded it is worth face value.
  9. that is a dented Eagle here is the real deal.https://www.pcgs.com/coinfacts/coin/2000-p-sac-1-wounded-eagle/506153
  10. I decided to go back to the bank in hopes of finding some more Home rolled MS nickels like the one below. Well they had 3 more rolls of the same type older looking wrappers. Where I live is a big retirement area and many times people pass on and there kids clean house and roll up all the change in the house not knowing that some of the change was kept for a reason. there are always estate sales in the paper but most of the time all the good stuff is gone before you get there. So if the bank has the older rolls I always grab them in hopes of finding some keepers and FS. This is todays finds
  11. So does that mean it only works on fake coins???
  12. Ya the experimental rinse to keep the coins looking nice. They had a hard time keeping the color Gold looking. This one turned Brown like poop and always looks the same LoL
  13. I have had this one for 21 years and it is the same as the day I got it. Nice and brown
  14. Not quit sure what you mean Bill ? Ultra Cam is the NGC term and DCame is PCGS term I was typing the same answer but you beet me to it
  15. I have set aside 4 rolls of the 2021 P WCD Quarters 1 roll is MS quality and the other 3 are top quality with some MS for the future.
  16. I have been shopping online the last few days for some more MS nickels. Today I go to the bank for my weekly roll pickup and I find this. I think it is nicer than most of the MS 65 PCGS or NGC Nickels I have been looking at Heritage and GC it has two or three bag marks and one small stain by the G in God but all in all a really nice coin for a 21 year old bank roll coin. Oh one more thing it has FS
  17. Yes most of the rolls I have been getting are 2021 and they are nice. Not perfect but MS 63 or + and the strike is nice for a P I cant wait to see a D coin.
  18. Yes that was the intent jokingly. My E-Mail blows up with all the different dealers trying to sell all the MS ASE,s .First strike ASE's,Type 1 and Type 2, Signed by this guy and that girl P.S and W coins It is amazing what they can think of to oversell a coin. I am sure there are hundreds of Morgan's out there that are wonderful and have never seen the streets.
  19. It is hard to see the front, to much shine, LoL It looks just like new on the back, it's to bad no one will grade a Morgan with a 68.69. or 70 like they will with ASE's , But then everyone would have one and the market would get all messed up.
  20. Sometimes the outer labels do get torn or the piece may have stuck to the label you removed.
