Well said @Lem E and any new people getting into collecting (coins, currency, what have you) should read what you have written. It wold also serve us better to remember a few bad people are no reason to blame all the sellers on EBay. Where there is one bad seller there are dozens of good ones.

I have shopped on EBay since it's beginning. I have bought a few coins, some bullion and a lot of Civil War items. I got 'stung' a few times by some dishonest sellers and con men. However, most of those times it was my fault for jumping the gun and getting greedy. For the past years I've accumulated a small list of 'Saved Sellers'. I encourage others to do that; keep a list of those sellers that you have successfully dealt with. I mainly purchase Hummel Figurines for my sister (birthday and Xmas) and for the past ten years only bought from two sellers who are on my list. Good luck and don't let one mistake or one bad transaction sour you.

You are certainly correct and if there were more honest and reliable sellers such as you EBay might just get it's good name restored. Just keep up the good work.

Please enlighten us what professional position you hold in 'our hobby' that gives you this ability. Do you work for NGC, PVGS, ANACS or perhaps ICG?

I'm with @Mr.Bill347 on this one. Also, an EBay seller using stock or juiced photos. I'm shocked. Prices beyond our wildest dreams. I'll just say . It's good when a counterfeiter, rogue seller, or just plain crook is outed to help our fellow collectors beware of scams. But I will always remind people that we are operating in a 'Public Domain'. In other words anyone at anytime can come on here and read what we are printing and discussing.

Whether ye be friend or foe - let's put this Post to bed. No sense getting folks worked up. I would think we have already had enough of that. Roger's comment makes sense to me.

James and J think. When have you seen a slab marked 'Brilliant Uncirculated'? It's not a grade and all TPGs offer a non-grade statement. In this case "Gem Proof" etc. Check it out on NGC or PCGS.

No. NCS/NGC will take care of that. Also, NCS will determine, without breaking your slab, whether conservation is needed. I used them 4 times and have been greatly pleased with the service. They did such a good job my 1875 $20.00 CC when up one grade.

This entire 1921 - 2021 Morgan and Peace Dollar issue has been a total failure. Just look on EBay and see how many 'Uncertified' issues there are. Why? Gouges, scrapes, etc. on the Morgan and gouges and 'blue streaks' on the Peace dolls. Prices on EBay now below $100.00 and dropping. The Mint says this was an astounding success. Not!

Yes! Now they say crooks are really dumb? Then this mess is your proof. And ZERO Feedback too. What more could we ask for?

EBay right now: 2021 Peace Dollar is $129.95 or Best Offer with Free Shipping. Seller has 846 Positives and 0 Negs. I am surprised at how low they are selling for. Perhaps it's that streak of blue paint people were finding on theirs.

He didn't have any Peace Dollars at this time. I will keep checking. Also, Raygun99 - there are NO Proof 2021 Morgan or Peace Dollars minted 'this year'. Check in the 2022 run.
