  1. This guy's also posted A TON of threads about this alleged "omitted image".......do we have our newest Boards Troll?
  2. I have no idea what the OP is talking about. What the hell is an "omitted image"?! It sounds like something SlickCoins or Ratzie33 would pull out of their behinds......
  3. You're welcome, DWitt. I'm always glad to help out.
  4. Update-All of the raw 1981-S Type 2 coins have sold and the links have been removed. Thanks So Much!!
  5. Well, I'll keep that in mind . I'm thinking about working on Germany first if I go forward with this potential project. I don't know.....I'm so freaking indecisive sometimes!! I think once I have that 1974-J proof set in my hands, I'll know more.
  6. Well, DWitt, in looking at the photo, I think you have a damaged coin. The E in LIBERTY took a hit at some point and the damage may make it look like a second B, with a little imagination and seeing it from the correct angle.
  7. Right on again, Greg!! They are extremely majestic creatures and they are my area's local apex predator. Absolutely beautiful......and they are also absolutely huge!!!
  8. Well.....I know next to nothing about spitting eagles, Hog, but it does look like something is going on there. I'll wait and see what the others think.
  9. It's coming along nicely, Bill! I've been giving thought to getting some proof sets from different countries because it seems like it'd be a fun, inexpensive project. My 1974-J West German proof set should be arriving in the next couple days and I'm excited to get it. Your project has me giving this idea some more serious thought....
  10. Mohawk is very proud of you, Greg!! You nailed that species name of the United States' national dinosaur! On many of my coins, you encounter Aquila chrysaetos:
  11. I no longer own the coin, but mine was a German New Guinea 2 Mark that someone had cleaned very harshly. That coin absolutely broke my heart.....it would have easily been a nice AU 58 if not for the horrible cleaning. I think that's ultimately why I sold it...it just made me too sad to look at.
  12. It's a nice coin, Woods. No doubt about it. And a coin doesn't have to be expensive to be beautiful and speak to you. One of my all time favorite West German coins cost me a whole $25. But it really speaks to me.....it dragged my collecting across the Inner German Border!!
  13. See, now your type I can get on board with, Neo!! However, the copper complected beauties that catch my eye tend to be from Germany or Canada. What can I say? I have exotic tastes
  14. That......just freaking cracked me up, Jonathan!! I wasn't expecting that!
  15. I love it!! I love a great, bold goal!! I know you'll get there, Woods!!
  16. Not me at all....she is SO not my type. She's about as appealing to me as a female woodchuck would be. The only way I'd be likely to have a long, drawn out conversation with her is if she called me at work to get tutoring. Or if she turned out to be a rocket scientist or something really cool like that. But even so, we'd only be friends. Give me a cute German Jewish tomboyish girl with short hair with a pink streak in it any day!! (this is my fiancée to a T......)
  17. Well.....if you just want feedback, negative or positive, you could write extremely poorly written posts with text message abbreviations, no punctuation whatsoever and/or are completely nonsensical and incomprehensible. That'd definitely get you lots of negative feedback. If you're looking for positive feedback, I think I'll wait for your answer.....if the others haven't gotten yet, my completely work training addled brain is likely not going to get it tonight.
  18. Hey.....anything that you get that's not a Presidential Dollar is a good circ find, in my book Way too many of those butt ugly things around now.
  19. Not too shabby. TJ. I wonder how many Sac dollar rolls are left out there......
  20. Sadly, I don't have any pics.....I was tied to my computer all day for a work training. And now it's dark I'll see if my sister got any pics that I can get uploaded sometime tomorrow.
  21. We got KILLED here in the Finger Lakes with the snow! Thankfully, I work from home, so it didn't impact me in that way aside from not getting a snow day. You guys in your part of Kentucky got almost as much as we did here, Hog......that's nuts!
  22. Very good point, Kurt. They're probably not too young anymore. Hell, I'm not too young anymore, but significantly younger than any Walker!
