  1. Hi, As of today we are opening the mail that was delivered to us on November 2nd.
  2. Hi ShaneG, Thank you for your question. NCS conservation can take up to 20 business days depending on what needs to be done to the coin. It usually takes less time than that. There will be no notation regarding NCS. Thank you, Lisa
  3. Dear Jude_A, Please tell me what kind of application.
  4. Hi Jimbo27, You will be getting that label. Thank you, Lisa
  5. Hi Trapshooter, If you value them $300 or less per coin you can submit on the Economy Tier. That turnaround is about 21-25 business days. If they are more than $300, less than $3000 per coins. The Early Bird turnaround is about 12-15 business days. Thank you, Lisa
  6. Dear Nels782, Thank you. I've checked on this order for you and we are still within our turnaround time. Ancient standard is running at about 55 business days right now. I will see what I can do to give this a push for you. Thank you, Lisa
  7. So sorry for the delay. If it is a Large cent planchet we will encapsulate it. Thank you, Lisa
  8. Hello Vett, Thank you. I am looking into this now for you. You should see some movement soon. Thank you, Lisa
  9. To directly submit yourself, you would need to become a paid member of ours with at least the Associate Membership level. Once you have done that you will then have access to our submission forms that you will need to fill out and send with your coins. The following link will show you our services and fees. https://www.ngccoin.com/submit/services-fees/ Please feel free to email us should you have any further questions. Thank you, Lisa
  10. Hi All, As of today, we are opening the mail that was delivered to us on October 5th.
  11. Dear Rocket23, Thank you. Yes, that is the place to send it to. We have our own post office on site. Our P.O. Box is located in our facility and we have a Postal Worker that works in our building. Everything is brought to us and we scan in the packages here. Was your submission just 1 submission with 3 items on it?
  12. Dear Bigmarty 58, Thank you. As of yesterday, we were opening the mail that was delivered to us on September 28th. Thank you, Lisa
  13. Hello Trackhead, Hand writing a note will be just fine. Thank you, Lisa
  14. Dear Premy, Thank you for your question. When you submit for a Re-Grade, all of the coin information will remain the same. The certification number will change. Thank you, Lisa
  15. Dear Mr. Klein, Thank you. As of today, we are currently opening the mail that was delivered to us on September 23rd. What day was your package delivered? Thank you, Lisa
  16. Hello Joydeep, As of today, we are opening the mail that was delivered to us on September 19th. Sorry for such a delay.
  17. Hi Morpheus1967, We do try to prioritize Fed-X packages. Thank you, Lisa
  18. Hello Trackhead 1. Can I submit them all in one package? One tier is Express, so should I write EX on the package even though there are Standard and Economy coins also? Yes, you ship them in one package. If you are sending Walkthrough or Express please write WK or Ex on all sides of the box 2. If I can ship them together, can I calculate the correct shipping for the total of all three forms on my own? Right now it shows 3 times the specific shipping costs per submission form (which would be way overpriced for one registered mail return box IMO) - I don't need separate shipments, I just had to take EX because of the coin value... You will need to write a note on the submission form to SHIP TOGETHER and reference each submission number on each form. 3. Should I write the shipping costs only on one form or split it into the 3 forms I have? You can calculate one shipping charge and write it on one of the submission forms. 4. What is the reason that I can't drop off my coins in Sarasota? Drop off and pick up would be nice additional services for people in the area! And one more reason not to use "the other guys" The reason is that we are a secure facility and only allow our Authorized NGC Dealers to the facility for security reasons. Thank you, Lisa
  19. Thank you! We are looking into this now. Lisa
  20. Hello Crawtomatic, These would fall under the US Submission. Thanks, Lisa
  21. Hi Revenant, Yes that would be perfect. High value would be $10,000 or more. Thanks, Lisa
  22. Hi! That is because all re-holders go into the scratch resistant holder. Thanks, Lisa
  23. Hello Berlineagle, It is working now.
