    Hi if I submit a coin for regrade and this coin have first release designation does it retain this on the new lebel? And if so do I have to specifiy this on the submission form? Regards

    You can't ask for star designation is up to grader to give this rare and desire symbol.

    NGC will not specify this on label unless you will choice error(extra fees) option when submitting coin.
