    Hello Nikh, Thank you for your question. It's difficult to tell from the image if this is indeed a Mint Error. This would need to be sent to us as a Mint Error to have this checked. The charge would be $15 plus return shipping, insurance and handling. If you are not a paid member of ours you could ask an Authorized NGC Dealer to submit this on your behalf or you can become a paid member of ours and submit this directly yourself. Thank you, Lisa
