    Hi, I have three submissions currently being processed at NGC / NCS. I would like to upgrade my NGC subscription from Premium to Elite. If so, could I still have the 10% discount applied to my current submissions?

    Hi, My submissions are now at NGC for close to 8 weeks. I’ve sent two emails last week and one this week asking for estimated finalizing / shipping dates, but no one responded to the emails. Not sure why the usually responsive customer support team has been so unresponsive this time around.
