Your right, it is a Small Date 1982D zincoin.
Pretty common though as there were millions minted.

You cannot have a DDO on the rim, it has to be on part of the design.

Do not believe everything you see on You Tube concerning coins. What you have is common marks
made by a coin wrapping machine. As JPM stated, these  will appear on the end coins of a roll.
No extra value and worth 25 cents.

Greenstang got a reaction from Sandon in 1921 Morgan silver dollar , "extremely" rare error, missing C in the word AMERICA!
Welcome to the NGC chat board.
Please follow the instructions for posting a coin for sale posted under “Coin Marketplace Guidlines”.
    You supply no information whatsoever.
Also the missing C appears to be a grease filled die which is not extremely rare.

I agree, not even good counterfeits, probably not even silver.

There are no D mint marks in that area, they are all further from the stalk and under the leaves.

Please study up on what constitutes a Doubled Die.

There is a big difference between a true error and damage.
There are countless ways a coin can be damaged but there are limited ways that can cause an error.
To learn what a true error is, suggest going to a site such as error-ref.com
Remember, an error can only occur during the actual striking of the coin, anything that happens after the
coin is ejected from the striking chamber is considered damage.

    Agree
Just a damaged quarter. Another coin has been pressed into the Obverse,  the Reverse is just damage.
    Might as well spend it

    Welcome to the forum.

What Just Bob said plus the fact they are no longer being recognized by the graders as they are not really
an error and are too common.
Theoretically they can appear on any year memorial cent so the year should not really matter.
