Before my fascination with all things Barber - I had a pretty decent

collection of SLQ's - and I even had an SLQ as my Avitar for a few years.

Here's my latest upgrade for my latest collection...

Nice color on this 1904 Indian. I love it!

Here's my latest purchase. 1942 quarter NGC PF 67. My pics do no justice to this coin, that has great color and deep mirrors:

this Libertad is BEAUTIFUL

missed it by a few minutes

great buy!

Thanks Johnny! I jumped on these coins as soon as I saw the listing in the MMP. This is my first Libertad and after I looked it over for a while, I'm really starting to like the design! I may have to start looking for more of them!

Nice pics. You guys should check out the 1921 Dos Pesos from which the Libertad design came from. Great coin. I have 1 in my collection which is not for sale but they are available fairly commonly.

The 1878 is quite beautiful with the blue going into a burnt orange and then yellow. The rest of the obverse is a lighter blue when you twist the coin in the light. The reverse also has the same pattern of blue in the same area but in the pics it shows up as black around trade dollar and the mint mark. Both are going in to get graded

Wheat---I was gonna comment on your 09-S VDB 66 *, when I saw it in another thread. I love it!! What an awesome classic rarity. Yours is especially nice. I would salt that beauty away for a LONG time. Also, it looks more RED than brown.

Thanks, I am putting it away. I am leaving it to my great nieces and nephews when the last one turns 18 At least (17 years). I won't last that much longer but hope one of them will try and keep all my lincolns together.
