  1. Here is my AU 58 1886 S that has lots of contact marks similar to Sandon's 1893 for you QA.
  2. He can also use his threads on NGC as a reference for buyers looking at his coins for sale. I have done internet searches on nickels and I have been directed to my own threads here for the best answers.
  3. I have saved all the ones I have found through the years roll hunting. Fact is the ones you find in the wild are not too nice. I went looking after seeing this to post the best looking one, I had. Yours is very nice Coby.
  4. It's all good Hinkle. I think it is cool you got a wheat bag with so many RPM's. Most are beat up bad, but you can still put them in your stash. Did you get your bag through your bank? I know you were having a hard time with them before.
  5. I do not see any other markers Hinkle like the die cracks on the reverse.?
  6. It looks like a perfectly normal D to me. I do not see the extra metal on the bottom or the inside like the FS-501
  7. No matter Rykel it will not make it worth more, both of the possibility's we discussed do not increase the value of the coin. If you send it in, you will get the same answer you got here only that they will pick one or the other because they are going to charge you for that answer.
  8. It looks like a there is a scrape on the coin just between the B and E and the metal was scooped away long ago.
  9. Ok well, this is a southern coin. New Years eve around 1889 Billy Bob Joe was walking down that red dirt road after drinking that dog gone white lightening old man McCoy cooks up. Well, he dun passed out halfway between here and there and all the change fell out of his overalls and coin purse into that red dirt and he never knew it. One hundred years later Billy Bob Joe's Great Grandson. Mike Meenderink was walking down the same road meandering about when he found the old coin purse his Great Grandfather talked about so much. This is one of those long-lost coins. .............Hows that Mike am I being specific enough......... PS I did vote
  10. It may be close, but it looks off to me like someone tried to make their own 43/2
  11. I was wondering about that. Lol......you got lots of green
  12. Does NGC even label die varieties on their holders?
  13. I think only the 2020 nickel is. D-Cam proof and reverse proof, so I guess that would be two different coins.
  14. I have been looking for a 1958 in MS66 for a while now. They always go fast and for a high price. This MS 65 came up, so I grabbed it there are only 36 graded higher at PCGS and none above MS66+
  15. I agree but if my computer is off I am not online. I do have to log in when I clean my browser which is every other day.
