  1. Looks like a 'shirt tail' wiping, 'spit and wipe', behind the neck and under the Buff, but who cares. Still nice for $4 or whatever. Nice find. As usual, I have to clarify, "no cleaning is good on any coin". ---------------------------- After looking through 203,976,454,789,191 1 cent rolls, I have yet to find a Cam or a Wam. No 1992 CAM is acceptable, I guess, but a WAM, you'd think at least ONE.  GBrad and some others find them occasionally, but ronnie sure doesn't. Haven't found a double eared or eyed or bow tie, etc.. Not griping, just saying. Oh well, I will !!! maybe....

  2. Loomis must be cleaning out the back of their vaults or something, like I said a couple of weeks ago, rolls of pennies are amazing. Hardly any, if any, Shields. Usually about two thirds in the 70's, the remaining third in 50's and 60's, occasional teens, 20's and 30's. I have everyone in the family getting them, except daughter is wore out from it. I'm giving away all the ones in the teens the last two weeks, undulated with them. I'd like to call Loomis, but would imagine security would laugh, hang up, and call the FBI.  LOL

  3. We have a special thread to put on a list the people that Knowingly sell fakes. You can scan that list before you buy a piece, and submit the names that con you, that is after you try to correct it with them and they don't make it right.  And then of course, the general knowledge that even a child knows, never buy from Etsy. etc... Good luck rs, and don't be discouraged' Stay in the hobby.

  5. I don't know what's up, but I'm buying rolls of Lincolns again. Hardly any shields. Alot of wheats, full of 40's and 50's. In one roll, 2 1910's, 1918 S, '13 S, '33 D, 2 54's, a '55, 61 62 63 66 69 . One roll. I went back and got a box, same thing. All 'darkies' at the end of the roles, all Loomis rolled. Of course there were some exceptions, some loaded with 70's and 80's, but highly unusual. Well, not even highly unusual, but unique in my short two year experience. My first thought was that the clerks were playing a joke on me, but no. Fun again!

  6. As mentioned, Etsy is a big NO for coin browsing. Some people, me included, won't even bother with Ebay. A lot of legit selling and buying goes on at Ebay, but buyers beware of raw pieces. The reason I don't use Ebay is because there's so many other places, Great Collections, on and on, etc... It's sad to see some of the coins for sale, knowing that someone is going to buy that 1955 doubled die for $440  thinking they did well, post it here, and get the bad news. Everyone is responsible for themselves, I know that, it just irks me that I can't jump through the computer screen and take care of business. So that's why I don't even browse there for humor, I don't want to set myself up for bad feelings, and ruin a great day.. So there, got that off my chest. LOL......
