  1. If your GSA is PCGS MS 62 then you are wasting your money.
  2. PCGS has created a special oversized holder so the unique GSA Hoard Silver dollar coins can be PCGS-certified and still be encapsulated in the original GSA holder. Customers can now choose how they would like their GSA Hoard coins encapsulated. Submit GSA Carson City Silver Dollars in the original GSA case and PCGS will grade and encapsulate the coin (and case) in our special oversized holder. Please follow these instructions when submitting these coins to PCGS
  3. This has been the 'system' for quite some time. It's almost as if it were set up this way.
  4. Seems that that is Standard Operating Procedure for the US Mint. It's so sad that a web site with such popularity and doing such a good business couldn't get this straightened out.
  5. I also consider ASEs, Maple Leafs, etc as bullion. I only have 1 roll of 20 ASE's I bought many years ago. There is however, a growing community of ASE collectors. Good hunting to all of them.
  6. And Doc Holliday said: "Why Ike; what ever do you mean?"
  7. You are so right. Forgot about them and their cousin Alibaba. Alibaba sells US $1.00 look alikes for $0.90 to $1.90. They call them 'souvenirs'
  8. And these 'people' have been doing this since EBay opened it's doors.
  9. I saw a PCGS 1932 S MS 64 for $895.00 on Northeastcoin.com The good thing about Northeast is you can negotiate and also pay it off in 4 installments (Extended Lay Away). Talk to Chris at Northeast. 800-449-2646 (Main Office)978-369-9155 (Main Office)
  10. Sorry Mr.Bill347 but what Coinbuf says. Looks buffed or something.
  11. My bet is: The whole deal is fake. Cracked the slab - remove coin - insert bug - reassemble slab - sell. Note how you cannot see the front of slab with number. Yep; Gotcha!
  12. Mr. Lange is very good at this business.
  13. For just about everything. Coins slabbed and Graded Currency has just about hit the roof. When I looked for Ancients I searched the NGC ones as I couldn't tell real from fake. Not an Ancient collector but I'd buy NGC Graded Ancients just to be on the safe side. Hope you find what you're looking for.
