The squat letters of the Small Motto are characteristic of Chief Engraver James B. Longacre's work, while the Large Motto font is typical of Assistant Engraver Anthony Paquet's coins and medals.

Just my opinion, but I would hold out for a coin with a bit more "WE." Something in the VF-XF range. And, if at all possible, I would buy it sight seen, or, at least with good pictures.

Please don't put yourself out on my account. I was just curious. Green Duck was started in Chicago, but moved to Mississippi in the 60s or early 70s.

They mean something to the guys who own the company, but not to the coin collecting public. Designating coins as "90 percent Full Bands," "4 Full Steps," and other such nonsense is just a way to take money from unknowing buyers. 

I was thinking the same thing. I can see crossing something like some early gold that would definitely bring a higher price in a PCGS holder, but I don't understand paying the extra money to cross a token. 

It looks like the same token. They apparently crossed it. It has a Garrett/Partrick provenance, although the latter is not on the new holder.

I am not entirely sure what I am looking at in the first two pictures, because they are not very clear. I don't really understand what the Kennedy struck on the nickel planchet has to do with the rest of the post either. (Edited to add: That picture has since been removed by the OP.) I do know, however, that the last two Kennedy half pictures are of a damaged coin that was created outside the mint.
