  1. Just let me know what you think or any of your opinions. My only question was the value of a VF25. Only to see if I did ok or not. Hope everyone is doing well!
  2. Thanks for the clarification, my apologies.
  3. Just realized the obverse of the 1958 looked incomplete my bad.
  4. Didn't think I would find a red wheat penny in circulation they are almost always brown or really messed up..atleast where I live. The second one was the next best I have found in circulation. Just shows they can be out there 1964 D Roosevelt to add with the other 250+ I have found in circulation. Keep em coming
  5. Sorry, maybe I should say finest known to exist I know what you mean though
  6. I enjoy looking for these in the wild. I know they probably aren't that big of a deal but I enjoy them. Now if only I could come across some
  7. From what I understand it is by MONTICELLO. Didn't look much into it just came across it. Suppose that's pretty minor though?
  8. Yeah not bad for what I got them for I suppose. I believe I did well on the 1943-S. The two ANACS I just found interesting. Too bad the quality wasn't the best.. Overall I'm pleased with what I got, could always be better though unless you have a one of a kind.
  9. Ever since @J P M posted I have been looking. I get some new rolls every once and awhile. I don't really collect moderns but maybe I will get into it if I can find some choice ones. Anyone come across the die clashed ones yet?
  10. I was trying to take a better picture. I can't get it to focus well enough. The 1943-S does have a shadow or reflection and not that color either. Maybe it's not though I'm sure NGC isn't perfect. The 1945-D I agree doesn't have full steps.
  11. Was this acquisition a 2023 D or something else @Lem E found? Was just curious
  12. I have seen people question older bills as well..think they are counterfeit
  13. My bank doesn't like any questions related to coins.. Got a couple boxes a few times in a year and then that stopped and then only a limited couple rolls if that..it will be my dump bank if I ever have any luck. Might have to get an account with Chase and bite the bullet on monthly fees
  14. I thought it was two coins together as well. Which made it look the way others described so they had every reason to call it fake. Photos aren't very clear..It looked like this wasn't going anywhere. If it was a true find cool enjoy your coin.
  15. I'm pretty sure the Mint didn't produce Morgan or Peace dollar for 2022.
  16. They are an important piece of recent history. Just as all coins have a story to tell from whichever time period they are from. Some more significant than others. I have been fond of them since I was given my first coins as a child. Along with Kennedy half dollars. Not for the same reasons obviously but a lot was going on during Kennedys presidency as you know and possibly even lived through. I can understand why a minor die rotation isn't very interesting to you. I am looking at getting a 1943/2 variety as you mentioned. As always thanks for your posts Sandon.
