  1. Two examples of an OMM D/S but one looks to have a RPM on the D South/East. Or is it just considered an OMM and only an OMM? Thank you for your thoughts and time!
  2. Yeah I'm a bit jealous..I don't find much anymore especially quarters..someone else I know beats me to them frequently at the same location. I have accumulated around 150 dimes atleast the past few years. Only around 5 quarters in my life.
  3. I have been looking since I have seen your recent posts and I haven't found any yet. Keep it up
  4. I don't know if this is ok etiquette wise to ask.. Does anyone know someone reputable in St. Louis Missouri? Or a recommendation to someone? Just curious most places I have looked into are more than likely not worth checking out. That's why I'm looking at the events this year.
  5. St. Louis, Missouri Greater American Coin Fair 3-Day event Annual Coin Show from the Missouri Numismatic Society- supposedly one of the largest in the midwest. I have been looking into them but can't find many reviews/opinions etc. Maybe it's worth a trip this year
  6. Agreed, looking at coin shows in St. Louis Missouri. Haven't been to any yet..on a positive there are some big groups around apparently. Approved dealers seem slim around here. I just hope if I venture to someone it's not a waste of my time.
  7. I have all of the 2019 W and 2020 W quarters already. I gave some extras to my step daughter to try and complete the set. Always neat to find though! Are they really considered rare? Or do you mean odds of finding in pocket change is low due to mintage?
  8. What is best practice for storing? Is a flip acceptable or is there a risk over time? I have kept a 1856 Liberty Head $2.5 in a flip and have been on the fence of sending it into a third party. I know it would be a good idea for authenticity purposes and it could grade well but at the moment I'm fine as is and just don't want it to get messed up. For now it's in a flip inside of a zipped binder. Thank you!
  9. Thanks Sandon, I was figuring close to that just wasn't sure. No flip for this one in the box it goes. Your assumption was correct! They are all common and or rough shape. The proof quarter would have been ok with me if it was a silver proof.. The 1957 D wheat cent even if it was and isn't MS 65 would still be extremely common just liked that I actually found a reddish one again finally Freebies for the kiddo
  10. 1960 D Jefferson Nickel looks pretty clean other than a ding above N in CENTS and a ding on steps. I know steps are not good on this year in general What do you think this would be as a grade? Opinion wise not getting graded by third party obviously
  11. Oh cool I will keep an eye out I have a new roll waiting for me tomorrow so far haven't noticed that yet. You have found 4 so far? Hopefully I can find a clean one
  12. I believe it's going to have to stay in that orientation in the holder unless you got it re-holdered. I'm not at all saying that's definitely the case but I'm assuming so.
  13. First I want to apologize if I should have posted on the original post or made a new one for a new question. Also I know my pictures are not the best so if you need better ones I will try my best sorry in advance! After closer inspection I believe I have found a cud on the rim, a die crack on right side of 9 top to middle and maybe another above tail of 9. Possible doubling on the 8 and possibly other numbers. Looking at VAMs for this date. Any info is appreciated, thank you for your time everyone!
  14. Thank you! I really wanted this variety, neat coin Unfortunately the MS and full steps are out of my price range. I have seen some amazing ones lately.
  15. Am I not doing something right? Why won't it appear on the verification?
  16. @Coinbuf thanks for the link I haven't looked at anything from CAC. @Sandon thank you
  17. NGC price guide, past auctions, recent auctions and current listings. I did ok, thank you Sandon!
  18. @Mr.Bill347 I hear that I have only found one otherwise old and brown pile of pennies..
  19. Wanted to add this to my nickels. It's graded AU50 CAC. Just let me know your opinions or anything you'd like to add. Was wondering what the estimated value would be. Only to see if I did ok on a purchase. Hope everyone is doing well!
