1. Log in to Collectors Society
Upon logging in you will be at your Control Panel where any existing sets are displayed in the bottom portion of the screen.
2. Scroll down and Click the tab for CUSTOM SETS:
3. Click ADD A CUSTOM SET:
Your screen will look like this:
4. Choose an appropriate Category from the drop down menu. (Click on the arrow next to CATEGORY)
5. Enter a personal, unique SET NAME of your choosing. (Type in the box provided.)
6. Enter some kind of SET DESCRIPTION. (Type in the box provided.)
7. If you wish, you may enter in COLLECTING GOALS for the Set. (Type in the box provided.)
8. Click box for ‘MAKE PRIVATE?’ if you wish for the set to be viewable by your eyes only.
9. Click CREATE SET.
Now you are ready to add coins to your new Custom NGC Registry Set.
10. Click on ADD FROM INVENTORY ( if you have already added your coins to your NGC Collection Manager or Registry in the past) or ADD NEW to begin adding your coins to this set:

No, it wasn't because of the type of membership. I don't think the coupon is offered any longer through the ANA membership.

There have been numerous requests for NGC to grade and
encapsulate the Glenna Goodacre Sacagawea dollars so we welcome this opportunity to clarify our policy on them.
Although the Mint has said that the coins were “inadvertently” produced for use in “Uncirculated mint state sets” and not for general circulation, as stated previously, NGC does not differentiate between the two processes. Therefore, the only issue becomes the Goodacre pedigree. Since the Mint’s intent for issuing these dollars was solely for payment of services rendered and not as a collectible, NGC will not
designate the pedigree on the holder. All Goodacre coins submitted will be treated like any other Sacagwea dollar and will be graded in accordance with NGC standards.

1. Log in to Collectors Society
2. From the My Collection drop-down menu, click Add Coin.
3. Click Add Coin:
4. Select a STATUS from drop-down menu.
5. Choose grading company or Raw from the GRADED BY drop-down menu.
6. Click to CONFIRM to save the coin to your inventory.
7. You will see a screen where you may enter additional details for the coin as well as upload photos. When you are finished entering any additional information, click SAVE.
8. Then, in the upper right area of the screen, you may select the link to navigate 'Back to Collection Manager' or 'Add Another Coin'.
