Add Coins to a Custom Set - From Within Collection Manager

The following instructions assume that you have already entered coins in your Collection Manager general inventory. If you have not done so yet, please first see

Log in to Collectors Society

 

From the ‘My Collection’ menu click ‘Collection Manager’

 

 

 

 

Click the selection boxes that appear in front of the coins you wish to add to a Custom Set and click ‘ADD TO CUSTOM SET'

 

 

 

 

You will see confirmation of the coins you selected and you will have the option to add these coins to an existing Custom Set or you may create a new Custom Set. For a new Custom Set, enter a Set Name, choose a Set Catgeory and click ‘CREATE NEW CUSTOM SET’

 

 

 

 

Your new Custom Set will appear with the coins you selected already added. On this page you may enter a Set Description and Collecting Goals. Click the box for ‘Unlock public view’ if you wish for the set to be publicly viewable in the Registry. Also on this page you may enter a Slot Name for each coin in the set and you may control the order in which the coins appear by entering numbers in the Slot Order column. When you are through making changes to your set, click ‘SAVE’

 

 

 

 

 

You may navigate back to Collection Manager by clicking the ‘Back to Collection Manager’ link found in the top right area of the screen

 

 

 

 

Once back at your main Collection Manager page, you will see your Custom Sets listed when you click the arrow in front of the Custom Sets option in the margin.
