  7. Hello @Dr RAR, thank you for your reply! I actually had spoken with my accounts manager on this, and they advised that we do indeed have a way to create a new certificate number. I am so sorry for the original misinformation provided! They advised that if you submit the coins for a reholder service and write in the comments "Sequential reholder", the coins can be reholdered with a new certificate number assigned. The certificate number is a reference to when the coins were originally certified, so if you send them in for reholder, they will retain the original certificate number. The only way to receive a "new" certificate number for these coins would be to submit them for grading once again.   14. Hi David, most coins are welcome to be submitted for conservation, however, the coin would need to be regraded after in order for it to be encapsulated again. Feel free to send it in for conservation if you choose, but also select a grading tier as well.

You may add collection names to the labels of your coins as long as it is in reference to your own name or you can provide proof that the coin belonged to a certain individual (for example a family member or someone famous if purchased from their collection). Staple the two copies together so that the invoice seamlessly reads the coins in order and be sure to send 2 of those in to us and keep one for yourself.
