  1. HUMMM I dont see it can you point it out? i am looking for the 885 in the denticles? also do not see the doubling of the bow. just my opinion i am not an expert
  2. if you are investing the silver bullion coins are just that they will appreciate or decline with the silver prices. I would go with a really good 09-s VDB or any other classic coin.. Take for instance i bought mine for around $1500 10 years ago and now it is around 3K . pretty sure that silver and gold did not have that return........ if that is what you are looking for. but if you would just ike a bunch of beautiful coins you cant go wrong with the AE proofs gold or silver
  3. WOOOW Cool deal an old Accugrade slab. I haven't seen one in years... Keep that one just as it is.. you have landed on a great collection.
  4. you got that right!!! umm 1900 was the wrong year for that design in any aspect.
  5. those are some great early gold pieces congratulations. anyone would be happy with them.
  6. its worth a cent... I am curious as to where you think these conditions are on the coin? I am seeing nothing ore than a worn out cent.
  7. It would be better if you took them out of the plastic to look at them.. sometimes the plastic can have things on it that looks like it is on the coin. don't ever touch the faces of the coin and hold only by the rims. If these are circulated it could be stains and circulation wear.
  8. Lucky for you that would have burned me up!!! hhahahahah and i would have sent my grandmother; God rest her sole. English Professor U of A (60 -71). she would of wreaked scunion ( wouldn't you know they think this word is spelled wrong) upon you mister!!!!!
  9. I always have faith brother!! No the ones i buy slabbed are the ones that everyone should make sure are real 77, 08-S, 09-S Indian cents 09-S VDB 14-D. ect. Also it is hard to find PF's that aren't already graded as well
  10. sounds to me like you didn't apply yourself and go the distance. Or did y ou just run out of gas trying to make the circuit around the 1000 tables!!! hahahahah i usually come home from FUN needing to work overtime for the next month! hahahahhah
  11. i have been know to spend upwards of 4K for a real nice cent and 8K for a very nice nickel; these were actually more expensive then most of my halves and dollars.
  12. hahahahah looks like Le Chiffre from Casino Royal
  13. OK here i am.... did someone say they were going to buy one of my do it yourself at home sticker kits?........hheheheheehh i am running a special this month for $19.95 or are we still going to wait on you know who?
  14. Jim don't shot yourself in the foot. Most of these coins graded have lost value after the hype of the issue. most modern coins are not worth getting graded at the fees and cost of getting them graded. leave them in the OGP and you will server yourself well my friend.
  15. Montez welcome to the forum. It is hard to determine the actual cost associated with having your coins graded without seeing them. I my experience coins pulled from coin roll hunting are not the best to send for grading as the cost to have them graded will far exceed the value of the coin. there are a few caveats with error coins but even some of these do not garner the need to slab them. hope this helps as my opinion.
  16. I do the exact same. 1 regular proof, 1 mint, and one silver proof. everything since 1964 are this way. IKEs, SBAs, Kennedy's, Quarters .....ect....
  17. this has been damaged outside of the minting process...so therefore not an error
  18. TOTAL B.S. ........ besides when did NGC and PCGS become coin brokers.. these two companies were founded on the idea that they would not be part of the inflationary market on coins and would not have a stake in weather they went up and or down in price . they are solely supposed to be second party impartial graders. I can Shenanigans
  19. British coinage just got a bit uglier ...................... j/k
  20. NEO.... some of my favorite cents have the deep chocolate brown color to them. I think they have a very pleasing look to them in this condition. i wouldn't have an issue with the spot.... if you notice in-between the D of Unitec and the S of states has a hint of red as well as RB condition at the 6 o'clock area of the rev.. if she's a good price i would get her.
  21. Where are you "at"........ this one has always gotten me..... a few more... must of, should of, would of, could of....... what's that? and what about "first year anniversary" well just because my keyboard doesn't like to spell correctly doesn't mean i do...................hahahahah Hot water heater....... humm as if a cold water heater would work? last but not least if you ever say this then never talk to me again!!! Irregardless
