    We really need to see a photo of both sides of your coin before commenting.
    Is it graded by one of the top graders or is it your own assumtion?

    Welcome to the forum.
    That is not a real coin, it is fabricated. This is the second one I have seen today. There is one on another forum. If you have already sent it in to be graded, you have wasted your money as it is ungradeable.
    Would like to see pictures of your finest known Indian Head though.
    Make that three I have seen today , another one just popped up.

    Reported both the Walking Liberty and Saeted Liberty as counterfeits. Also asked eBay to check out the Morgan.
    Hopefully they will be removed today.

    Anytime you see what may be a counterfeit, please post the 12 digit ID number with it. 
    That is all that is required to get it removed.

    First, a Die Chip is not an error. Also your photos are way over magnified.
    If you can't see it at a maximum of 10x, then it is insignificant.

    Whenever I see see "many errors" I become skeptical as it is hard enough to find a single error, let alone many. 
    @Katalina, if you are interested in learning, suggest two things, learn how coins are minted. An error can only occur during the striking f the coin so by knowing the minting process, and how coins are produced, you can eliminate many of these "errors" as damage. Remember, there are many more ways a coin can be damaged than there are ways to  create an error. Next would be to go on a website such  as errors-ref.com. This will give you some insite as to what an actual error looks like. There are also other references there that can help.

    Just a badly damaged quarter. This could have happened in a number of ways but it doesn’t’t really matter how.
    Damage is damage.
