.......which is appropriate. However, I need to thank one individual I have had on-going correspondence with over the past several months. "Scott = ) At Your Service"
I'm not sure about the rest of you guy but this guy @Scott =) has pulled my butt out of the fire more then once! I'm always shocked and presently surprised at his prompt, thorough and timely feedback. He always follows-up with value added and solutions to the problems or question at hand.
Several times, just when I thought something has fallen through the cracks with one of my submissions, here comes an e-mail from @Scott =) with the problem resolved.
We are currently working on an unusual or out of cycle submission that needs additional attention and scrutiny. @Scott =) has been the middle-man and go-between to coordinating this effort with Dave. I can't say I know @Scott =) but I can tell by his correspondence that he "nips at the heels" of the powers to be to keep pushing the process forward.
From where I sit, @Scott =) is the go-to guy at NGC for customer service. I'm not sure if I should be saying this in public. My intent here is not to make his workload double, just to thank him for all his help.
I can tell you, he lives and performs his functions at NGC by his avatar..........."At Your Service"
I'm not sure how much they pay you @Scott =), but it's not enough!
