That is one of the best examples of a shattered die that I have seen . Can’t wait to see the entire coin. Was this found from a new roll?

Please provide full cropped images of both sides of your coin. Microscope pictures do not help. Feel free to add them but do include the full coin. That is an interesting hit but still PMD post mint damage imo. Welcome to the forum.

Welcome to the forum. I would recommend two resources
first the Red Book coin valuation guide
second the PCGS coin valuation app which provides HD photos of every type of coin with values for comparison.
your set is nice because it displays toning which a lot of folks like.
additionally the bicentennial set has more interest as well.

Zero chance. Zero value

Very unusual! Especially the bubble on Monticello and what looks like a die crack. The only thing I can speculate is someone put this in a press of some sort which squeezed metal all over. I don’t believe this is any kind of mint damage but PMD. A keeper of interest though

I have all of the proof sets from 1955-2023. Not a single set is toned, discolored, or fogged. I chose reasonably pricy Intercept shield boxes. Which are supposed to help prevent such discoloration, fogging etc. the boxes close tightly and pretty much eliminate air infiltration plus all sets are in their OGP. Time will tell, I guess. Like you, Rob, I love proof sets! I don’t plan on breaking them up, submitting them for grading or anything other than saving them for my grandchildren. I bought six boxes and about $17 each for the sets.

What I meant was that they are rare as no PF70 exists in NGC.

I did as it sat around 35 until the last few seconds then shot up at the very end

My question about this 1941 cent is where is the RWB?

Proceed carefully! You must make sure the coin is worth the grading fee before submitting. For valuation , if in fact they are proofs, I would estimate them at pr66. Chances are you won’t achieve 69 or 70. IMHO few cents are worth the grading fee but not knowing what you have I could only guess
