I had the opportunity to work with Col. Steve Ellsworth (retd.) in running the IMEX Show in Nashville this past weekend. I signed up to volunteer and ended up as one of the 6 people running the show. There was the Colonel, fellow past ANA President Gary Adkins, Brett Irick of Michigan, the ANA Exhibit Judging Instructor, Mike Copin of New Jersey (last of VERY many locales), the Security specialist whose name escapes me, and Yours Truly, of Arab, Alabama. We worked our kiesters off, at least 12 hours per day, but we wanted a successful show and we GOT ONE!
The format was unusual. A Thursday Dealer Only Day, two public days Friday, and Saturday, followed by another Dealer Only Day on Sunday. Colonel Steve hooked me up with a gorgeous room at the Margaritaville Hotel a half block away. It was a last minute comp room he got for selling a certain number of rooms there.
The show felt highly successful, financial accounting pending, and the Friday and Saturday crowds were VERY different. Friday was Boomers Galore, serious collectors. Saturday was younger, more families, more women. One in particular had sass, class, and a really nice, umm, face. Alas, neither of us was available. Hey, I can look!
All the top larger dealers were there, and the plan is to attract more smaller ones next time. The food concessions were reasonable to kind of cheap, but delish. It was no surprise, if you know Ellsworth, that it was a bourse show with little else, THIS TIME. The plan is to do this again next year, perhaps at another venue in the greater Nashville area, and perhaps with more side events. Steve Forbes and I got a chance to briefly rap about Keynesian vs. Monetarist economics, and he lavishly personally autographed his book, Inflation, for me,

This one arrived today. The original intent was to crack this piece out for the Dansco album but the holder is in such nice condition that I can’t bring myself to crack it out. I might have to find a different piece for the Dansco.

Looks like some cool stuff if everything turns out legit.
@Henri Charriere might get a kick out of this one…or be sad it was turned into jewelry.

Agreed, some interesting pieces, and it may be worth while to take the gold colored coins to a local coin shop with an XRF tester to verify the coins are gold.  You could also measure specific gravity (density relative to water) and compare that to published values, but that is really an advanced area of coin collecting.
The shop could also quote you a price if selling them is desired.  Just keep in mind they will naturally quote you wholesale prices as a business, while most guides have retail prices or what someone would pay for the coins if purchasing them from a dealer or individual.
It is really sad that 1911 Rooster was made into jewelry, which essentially turned it into bullion if real.  I could clearly picture @Henri Charriere cringing looking at that.

Some very cool items indeed.    I do not collect foreign coins or paper so I will let others advise you on those.   The only thing I can say is that the rooster gold coin would likely be considered damaged from the bezel and as such the value is around melt value.
Both the Morgan dollar and Mercury dime are very common dates in well circulated condition, about Very Fine for the dime and about Fine for the dollar.   In those grades both are worth the value of the silver content, about $2-$3 for the dime and $25-$30 on the dollar.   That is not to say that there are not collectors for them, just not high value items.   I myself recently put together an album of Merc dimes that look just like yours.

The continual repurposing of coins with jewelry -- wristwatches, rings, etc. -- is unstoppable. I have a well-worn 1902 IHC either glued or welded onto a tie clip. Sad, but what are you going to do?  Untold millions of gold roosters were melted down. This one survived. Kind of. Melt is close to $400.
