I don’t have my books with me but I believe they wore out the master hubs during the 60s and they had to be replaced.

Here are my examples of 1960 P MS655FS and a 1960 D MS67 for comparison. Not the greatest looking coins by any means.

Both the Philly and Denver nickels in 1960 were poorly struck as a whole. Good examples are hard to find. Full step coins are very rare. I believe NGC shows only 9 graded FS coins from Philly and 0 from Denver across all grades. I would say your coins are probably UNC.
