  1. Hello All! Something to note, some marks are simply typical worn die marks and does not typically result in a known error, as this is common with dies reducing in structural and surface integrity due to heavy impact and stress the die endures in it's regular life! In some cases before quality control catches fast and few a few get through! Also in a coin from the era you posted fractioning and cutting/chopping of a coin by vendors shopkeepers and citizens was common! Hence the Trime 3 cent dime 3 cent nickel these were minted as others were being chopped or melted into objects of period use that was more suitable of the time and at the moment such as a musket ball bushing shirt button or trousers! Errors did occur and things were repurposed a little more. Could be a real genuine error could be just a very cool price of history! Your eyes have the best view. Hope this helps.

I snagged a 1921-D Mercury Dime off of eBay for $23. The seller listed it as AG-3, which I agree with. I couldn't see the D in the original pictures, so I was a little bit skeptical, but it turned out alright.

Hello, this lil Mercury Dime Looks AG to be as well to me with decent date, Collar/Boarder converging with date fields and worn on highest part of relief almost to Smmooth! Nice Key Date, low montage, better mint mark slightly! Coin is Very Sought after as it is one of only key dates in the mercury silver US dime! It is .900 silver in purity! Main supply of these came from a very famous NYC hoard! These were melted n destroyed by large numbers, hense the survival rate plumited. Always a beauty to see in any genuine condition. Nice Find and or addition to your or any numismatist collection! Very Cool Pre-WWII Pre-Depression stock market crash, pre-prohabition era Silver Dime! A sign of the times in one of its rarest forms, MM, Montages, in yours condition photos posted, I believe it's(yours) is genuine in typical as found condition., However weigh it and see "wheight speaks volumes"!

  3. It could quite possibly be British as well. Britos is known in that part of the world as well! My oppinion still is that it is Cuban. As for counterfeit I believe it to be Genuine simply because if someone is going to counterfeit a coin or token I believe they would spend their time counterfeiting a more valuable or easier coin such as silver as yours looks bronze and it is very tough to work with as it is Harder than Silver making silver easier to work with, so I do believe it is authentic! I am not an expert however I have been collecting and studying for quite a long time but this is just my opinion and mine alone. I do Hope this helps you in your research and helps point you in the right direction! Good Luck!

  5.  I have 3 ideas but not 100% 1. a Britos Bus/ transportation token 2. A Cuban Casino token 3. A Britos Cuban good luck token as for age I am unsure could be anywhere between 1909 and C. 50's-60's? Like I said I'm not 100% but this is what it appears to be to me. I'm pretty confident in it being Cuban However there is a Britos Transportation bus service in Southern California,  I personally believe it to be vintage Cuban. I Hope this Helps!

Looks like greased die error or lamination type thing, I'm not 100% but appears to be something of that nature going on there! cool coin cool find!

  7. Hello yes I just found a couple interesting 2019 d Cents just now coin roll hunting got the 2019 d's straight from bank and uncirculated rolls all brand new! I found this that looks struck through a blue label or band, sticker, stamp? luster & pinwheels go through it beautifully! Under my loop looks kinda like a diamond criss cross pattern, The rolls they came in are orange and not blue, also was in the middle of Roll! Not sure what to make of it, but sure looks  like obstructed Die struck through and or brockage or also Appears to mold through like  its apart of it and struck this way! Wow! Also only one like it in any of rolls like it, but found a couple die breaks or lamination errors as well! Photos following. I did put it in folder and handle appropriately always and immediately! Is this anything special? Uncirculated!!!!  Under loop some angles looks like it's peeling planchet type chipped  layer issue with zinc and other angles it looks like debri protruding but real smooth and flows with the contours! all angles it appears like something other than just gunk! Super Luster, Any Replys or input  would be welcome and appreciated! Sorry for all the photos but thought it was necessary. Thank You, Capone1929
