And very nice indeed. I own some Scot money; also for pleasure. I don't collect it but the notes I found very attractive. Thanks.

"Gothic" crown of Victoria
Must be a very old one to have Victoria looking that young. Very nice Roger; coins of the British Empire are always fascinating.

So Q.A., that's what this Rooster you always talk about looks like? IMHO a very nice coin. I like the design and I have a soft spot for the French and gold. Very nice, thanks for posting it.

Or sitting for decades in a European safe deposit box…
Way to spoil a man's dreams.
Maybe part of the Merker's Mine Hoard. Seems the Germans want some of their gold back they say is 'missing'.

Please list me as Number 2. Don't have a Mint Account, haven't bought a US Mint product since I bought that piece of bullion formerly known as the 'Old San Francisco Dollar'. Who needs the US Mint when we have EBay the wonderful????

There is some Alabama Obsolete Currency sold on EBay but it's very expensive IMO.

Me too. No wonder the Mint wouldn't give me a Privy coin - NO ACCOUNT!

Mint limit was 10 of each, not 5...
I'll bet you are correct. I thought that it was 10 total; 5 of each. Wonder how many folks got 10 of each?

I don't know; didn't get any.
Sorry about that. You certainly weren't the only one. Lots of those folks ATS either just got one or none. In the past 30 years I only bought one Old San Francisco Dollar from them and, while disappointing Flip wise, was a nice coin. Good luck on the second round.

Looks like the next set of pre-orders for June 1st and 7th has been postponed.
The US Mint is claiming a "global silver shortage".. Then why can I buy as many private mint rounds or 100 ounce bars I want?
