Why don't you people try the PMG website since you're so interested in paper money and not coins?

I think the whole NGC vs PCGS is a myth. Both have different, but accepted, standards of grading. There will always be two separate and different supporting groups of people. I.E. I use NGC for all my gold coins and PCGS for all my silver. No scientific data to support my choice; just personal opinion.

I would really hope that's a typo
I second that. If not - it's a 'World' record.

I like the “found” coins added in. Awesome bookkeeping.
Do you think maybe some fellas had 'heavy' pockets that day?

graded it at MS62?
It's always great to see someone take enough interest in our hobby to learn the art of grading. It might just wind up saving you a lot of money. Myself I do not believe that I, or anyone else can give an exact grade taken from an internet photo. Now a days when we send a coin into NGC or PCGS you have about 4 trained quality graders looking at your coin before a final grade is rendered. Just saying. Hope some of this was of a little help. Pay attention to what Woods & Mohawk have said.
When you say "deployment" do you mean Military?

put in a protective case for 60$ if the coin aint even worth
You don't have to spend that much. Go on EBay and research 'Coin Holders" or 'Coin Slabs' and you can get a fairly nice 'case' for your penny.

I'd also like to add that the counterfeiters are good at making slabs too.

@gmarguli has given us all 'Food for Thought'. No one ever proved, beyond a reasonable doubt, that the Chinese were stupid.
