Would you please direct me to the comment(s) where this language was used.  I have read this thread three times over and find no signs of 'poor' language or this 'bashing'.  What I did see was some people who have passionate views of a subject.  Maybe I missed something?  Show me the way.

I read the PCGS article by Mr. Hernandez.  A lot of "could have been" and "it is believed: and "somehow" in it.

I don't collect Modern coins but I believe PCGS slabbed some 1964 SMS coins.  Am I wrong?

One question if I may.  Is it true that no US Mint records exist showing the production of these coins?  Just curious.

I have a mint tube of ASE's I bought several years ago and haven't looked at in a long time.  Bet I got some with spots even though I store everything with Desiccant packets.

Folks may not believe it but there's a growing market for the low grades.  I've read a lot of wants for PO 1 on CT and ATS.

I have to agree with Coinbuf and say I rate it as XF 45.  I see no evidence of a prior or old cleaning.  Then again folks; we are judging by internet pictures and not coin in hand.

Why not enlighten us as to what this coin is.  It's easy to brag without proof.  Describe it and if I am wrong I will gladly admite it but apparently I have more faith in the PCGS graders than most do.  Either way; crack it and go for it them come back and prove me wrong.

Also:  have you thought you may have it come back a 61 or 60?
