  1. Catbert,

The numbers at the bottom of most of my Barber Posts are

the number of hits this Thread has registered.

I didn't pay too much attention to those numbers at the beginning,

however, as time progressed - I noticed the numbers increasing

at a fairly quick rate. One weekend, the thread took 1500 hits.

I'm amazed more collectors don't add to the Thread more; the

one accross the street doesn't list the number of hits, just posts.

ATS, the number of posts is in the multiple thousands - where here,

its only at 937. No, I have not added up how many were mine.

I collect the same series in multiple grades... mostly Halves.

I am always upgrading my sets. My SLQ set is another set of

them [ many of my friends sigh in disbelief that I'm starting yet

another set of SLQ's... this will be my eighth set ].

I have a great type set - year sets in Proof and Mint State for

    my Parents and Grandparents' birthyears [ 1889, 1891, 1917 and 1921 ].

My Early Commems are still listed here - check them out. I also have

multiple MS and PR Modern Commems - all raw - and one of these days

    I might get them certified.

Of all the Barbers sets, I think I like the Quarters the best.

    So... here's another new image:

1892-S Type 2 - One of the hardest dates to find in AU - Ty 2's are very scarce !
