Thanks, the 1833 is much nicer than my poor photos, with blue irridescence throughout...but at least I get to see the pretty toning in person!

Strike is a tricky issue on busties before 1820 Bobby, so don't feel bad!

it's a pcgs slab, but the grade was XF-40

Wow, I've never seen a peace dollar toned like that!

That Guatamalan 8R is extremely cool!

Well thanks Tom, my photo skills aside, it's tough taking the picture through the slab with all the glare, which is why busties should really not be slabbed!

The 1836 has a grade on the slab of AU-58, and I would agree with it, even though my photo skills cannot support it!

Nice one Tom! And I believe my coin is very original, and it has wonderful satiny luster under the toning which my pathetic photography skills failed to pick up!

Nice Chad, but I wish you chose a better date!

I've been expanding the number of silver bullion rounds I have in my set. I like having similar items from different parts of the world during the same period. It makes for a fun comparison.
He he he he...that coins says "weiner" he he he he...

That is an awesome medal, and not just because I love trains! Well maybe because I love trains!

You know, I bought this one for my 7070 (which the monkey also sold me!) and now I am thinking about maybe keeping it in the slab for my Bust set. I've spent most of my time in busties looking at the 1807-36 seriesbut these represent a really interesting transitional design that I might need to spend more time with!

If they were back at the old prices of $509/$529 I would have bought both on the first day.

I went to a local coin show today and picked up a nice 1830 bustie:
