Saw this coin on ebay, thinking of bidding, seller says o/cc but I just dont see it, could use some more opinions please. If it is o/cc it is very weak, photos are sellers, I tried to enhance, thanks for any feedback jimbo

I see nothing in those photos to indicate an overdate, seems that the seller is either not knowledgeable enough to know or is trying to pull a fast one.

Seller has relisted coin as 1900 o, he really just didnt know what he had.
