Maybe you can also help me with this issue.  I am trying to add coin 6946785-006 into my set of £1 silver proof 1/2oz Britannias (Britannia, Silver Pound, 1997-Date, Proof).  I have requested, and been refused, a couple of time to have it added to this set, and have been directed to add it to the 6-coin set.  This coin does indeed fit in the 6-coin set, but it also fits in the above set of individual coins where all of my other coins of this type have been accepted.  I am unable to reply and explain this to the refusal as it is a "no-reply" email address.

Hi Ali

Thank you - the slots weren't there when I posted asking for them, but I can now add my coins to them.

Regarding the 2021 Britannia £1 coin, the problem is not that I don't know how to add to the slot, but when I have asked, I have been declined.  When I ask manually for it to be added, I am refused again on the basis that it is not the right coin..  This is the right coin for the right slot, but I am unable to add it.  I am being told that I can only add it to the 6-coin set.

It worked for the 2023 Coronation Sovereign, but I also got a coin which is only allowed in the wrong slot of the same set (One Sovereign Type Set, George III - Charles III, Circulation Issue). Slot 14 currently only allows Elizabeth II. 1998-2014, but the Sovereign type Elizabeth II. Tiara was also strucked in 2015. I want to add cert. no. 6674978-002 to the correct slot 14 (Elizabeth II. Tiara). Therefore the slot has to be updated to allow 2015 coins as well. To be correct, slot 14 has to allow coins from 2000-2015, as 1998 and 1999 only were proof issues of this type and no circulation issues and slot 15 has to allow coins from 2016-2021 as 2015 with this type was only the proof issue.
