  1. Hello All! The Certified Collectibles Group® (CCG®) is closing its Sarasota, Florida, headquarters on Tuesday, August 29, at 3:00 p.m. EDT, in advance of Hurricane Idalia. During this time, Customer Service phone lines will be closed, starting at 2:30 p.m. EDT on August 29, and email responses will be delayed. Currently, we expect to reopen at 8:00 a.m. EDT on Thursday, August 31. For further updates, please visit NGCcoin.com, PMGnotes.com, CGCcomics.com, CGCcards.com or any of the CCG company websites. All collectibles are secured. The CCG companies are headquartered in modern buildings that are built to withstand hurricanes. The offices are located about 9 miles inland from the Gulf of Mexico (east of Interstate 75) and are not in a flood zone. The buildings also have large, secure vaults to protect collectibles that are monitored 24/7. Stay Safe!

  3. @DaGou, These labels are on our site because they are still available for submissions. We do however have restrictions to what the labels can be added to. In this case, it would be they can only be added to bulk submissions. In many cases, special labels at one time or another were available for all submissions (like during a new coin release) but in other cases, some labels are only available through select retailers/coin dealers because they have created a contract with NGC for the creation of that specific label. We do want full clarity for our customers so they can see the labels that are currently available and how they would need to submit to receive each specific label. I am sorry for the confusion this has caused. Let us know if you have any other questions.
  4. Hello @Richard Noggin Thank you for your recent chat board post. Thank you for the heads up and the information that you provided is very helpful. We have our legal team investigating this now. Thank you.
  5. Hello, Thank you for your question. Your membership credit was applied to your submissions 6464364 and 6464365. This was done automatically and used up all of your credit. I have sent you a statement to review this. Let us know if you have any other questions.
  6. Hello @Audrism42, Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately we can not offer any guidance on whether or not you should submit a coin for grading. If you are interested in submitting this for grading, you can become a paid member of Collector's Society through Join NGC Today | NGC (ngccoin.com). You can find more information on how to start submitting coins online at How to Submit. You’ll need to have a general idea of the value of each coin to help select which grading “tier” or category to submit the coin under. Grading tiers and fees can be found at Services and Fees | Coin Submissions | NGC (ngccoin.com). If you do not wish to sign up for membership, you can find a listing of authorized NGC dealers that can submit the coins on your behalf here: NGC Coin Dealer Locator. If you have any other questions, please let us know.
