  1. Hello: I received a request for transfer of a 1996 Smithsonian PF70 which is in my possession. 6303399-023 I sold a 1996 Smithsonian PF69 6257724-015 on eBay on May 16, 2023. I see where 6303399-023 is not in my inventory. so I mistakenly allowed the transfer. There must have been some mistake in the transfer request. I resubmitted the coin moments ago on the website. Please advise. Thank you, Paul Weikle member CS176533
  2. Hello: Several months ago, I submitted some coins on my renewed membership. I do not think I use my vouchers, but I am unsure. How can I check the status? Thank you, Paul Weikle CS176533
  3. Hello: I was wondering if the 2012 "early releases" silver eagle coins could be changed to the early production designation? I have attached a picture from NGC's article (from 7/16/202) about adding the new early production label. If you notice, this is monster box box 964. I have noted that a few of the early release coins have "from box 60" on them. It stands to reason that these earlier boxes would likely have been minted before December 31, 2011 and would qualify for the early production designation. My guess is that these coins may have been submitted via bulk submission before the addition of the "early production" label. I also noted on NGC's website that the coins must be submitted in the original sealed monster green boxes. Because there is a box designation, I can only assume that they were submitted in this fashion. I would also think that NGC has detailed records of those transactions and issued grades. In searching the NGC census for this coin, I noted that 1416 were processed. A monster box from the US mint has 500 coins. Why are there not 1500 coins processed? Were there 84 of them that did not receive a grade because they were damaged, of other wise not eligible for grading? I have seen grade on these coins of GEM uncirculated, MS69 and MS 70. Also from the NGC census page, there are over 40 thousand early releases and over 31,000 first releases. I realize that adding the early production label creates a niche market for those trying to collect NGC's entire American Silver eagle offerings. But, it also stands to reason that there are many more coins that have already been processed that qualify for this label. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Paul Weikle
  4. Thanks again for your follow up. I carefully read your email and the procedure for adding coins is exactly as described. When I go to number 6 I could not go further. I could not click continue or let us know. Attached is a screen shot of the pop up I received. I look forward to hearing from you. Paul Weikle
  5. Thank you for your efforts. I still cannot get the picture and coin (5944713-020) to appear in my registry set. When you click on it, it registers there is a coin, but no picture and no points or value. It does show up in my complete list of all coins. I appreciate your continued help! Paul
  6. Hello: I sent in with a recent order (59447713) two coins; 1997 Law Officers Memorial PF (5944713-020) and MS 5944713-(021). Both were graded and sent back. However, they were sent in the wrong label. 1997 Botanic Garden. This was corrected by NGC. When I received them back, they are in the correctly labeled holders with the number 5944713-020 (PF) and 59447713-021 (MS). However, they were processed under order tracking 5956303. Both 5944713-020 and 5944713-021 show in NGC verify, but I cannot enter into my registry set. I would like to be able to enter both under the 5944713 ID. What can be done to correct this issue. Thank you, Paul Weikle
  7. Thank you for the quick response and attention to fixing this issue! Have a great day - Paul
  8. Good morning Ali: I do understand that I must supply pictures and have taken quite a few for my sets. Thank you. I must not have been clear in my discussion of this issue. The two coins above should be qualified for the 2017 W Burnished Denver ANA releases and the 2017 W Proof Denver ANA releases. The photographs show where some else has the same coins included in their registry sets. How to I get these coins qualified for these spots? Thank you, Paul
  9. Hello: Yesterday, I added PCGS 85766122 2017 W SP70 for placement into the 2017 W Burnished Denver ANA spot 126. I also added PCGS 85766531 2017 W PF Denver ANA for inclusion into the 129 spot. Attached are photos from another registry set with these included in exactly the spots I mentioned. How do I get the moved into the right spots? Thank you, Paul Weikle
  10. Hello: I noticed from other posts that there was a delay in getting received submissions into your system. I sent an submission order in and it was received on March 3. It still has not appeared on my submissions page. There were 4 invoices 5939293, 5939294, 5939285 and 5939396. How far behind everything was in the system? Thank you, Paul Weikle
  11. Hello: The screen shot shows the registry profile for the 2019 S ANA releases. The number of my coin is: 5763466-039 Thanks, Paul
  12. Hello: I recently acquired a 2019 S Chicago ANA releases ASE NGC holder PF69. When I registered the number, it did not go to the ANA releases slot. It was added to the 2019 S slot. I checked on the NGC collector's society webpage, it lists exactly the same coin I purchased as a ANA releases. I have attached a screenshot of that page for your consideration. I believe my coin should be credited to the 2019 S ANA releases spot as seen in the attached picture. If you need more clairification or information, please let me know. Thank you, Paul Weikle
  13. Hello: I am currently a premium member. I submitted an order recently and received it back quickly. I used my $150 credit for that submission. Thank you. I am considering an upgrade to Elite. If I upgrade to Elite, do pay the full price as listed in my upgrade window or is it the difference in the price of the premium membership and the new status? If I pay the upgrade price, does that upgrade include another $150 in credit? I see where the Elite upgrade also provides 10% off submissions. I just wanted to be clear before making a decision. I appreciate your time and effort in answering my questions. Thank you, Paul Weikle
