This piece came today as well. Bright white and clean. No die cracks.

Along with my darkside copper purchase I also acquired this Sac $1. Not a very high grade but I really like the subtle colors on this coin. Typical with a tv photo, the reds are stronger in the photo than in hand, still a nice hole filler for a couple of my type sets.

Sent the seller a fairly low offer not thinking I would get it but I did. You never know unless you try right? Looks clean. Seller pics.

Lem E reacted to J P M in Cherry Pickers Post
I will just pick up a new/old 64 D at auction. That Omaha MS 66 was only $13 maybe I can find a MS67 cheap either way I will pull the Omaha Bank coin off the registry. That roll coin is a MS66 in my mind but I would never send in a coin for grading unless it was worth $200 or more.

Ya know I was thinking the same thing last night after I logged out. For what I paid for it. I think keeping it just like that is good enough. I can get another one. Yes nice rolls, Home rolls taste the best a little bit of mix in the rolls ...

I would probably just keep it as a piece of interest and pick up a new 64 D unless you really want it reholdered. Nice roll find by the way.

Lem E reacted to J P M in My Find of the Day
So I go to the bank to swap out my rolls of nickels and cents to day. I also had a roll of half's that I got last week. I get home to take a peek at the edge as I always do and I see this big silver coin with no reeding on the edge?
looks like someone snuck this in for spacing . A Greek 10 Drachmai Constantine coin. It may be worth more than a Kennedy. One thing is for sure, it is the biggest nickel I have ever found.
