Thanks guys. My shield nickel is a type coin and to fit my set type coin set it’s dirty and dare I say "original." Lou (IGWT) is the shield nickel expert of the board.

That's a nice EF Shield, Winston; and choosing a '69 for type is a good move. The Mint switched over both obverse and reverse hubs in '69, and there are a total of 4 different hub marriages for the year. You have obverse A paired with reverse IIa (rev. of '67)

The 1875 5c that I posted is one of the nicest that I've ever seen for the early to mid-'70s. Shields just don't come this nice. The doubling that you see is typical Longacre doubling, not worth any premium at all.
