Let's not be hasty. If this is "cleaned," I'd hate to see what a dirty coin looks like. Our own distinguished VKurtB has offered to demonstrate his coin dirt disappearing prowess at a coin show with a 🎩 magic elixir that would make David Copperfield blush.  What the potion would do to that lovely peripheral toning is another matter entirely.  I do not believe there is anyone alive who would recommend this coin be submitted (except those perhaps who stand to gain financially).

To the OP: What indicates to you that the coin is somehow special and worth the cost of authentication, variety identification and grading?
