Hello, What is Safe/completed? I checked my submission and it says it is in a Safe/completed status.

Please tell me what SAFE/COMPLETED means. I have no idea what this status means. It is not listed as a status explanations. My submission 2148231 is listed as SAFE/COMPLETED.

Thanks I wonder why I would receive artificial toning on my submission when it appears to be natural toning.

I sent a coin for grading and it has been returned but it sits in the post office in Los Angeles (I don't live in Los Angeles) it has been at the USPS office for nearly 30 days now. Why does it take so long? I sent an additional coin in for grading it still has not been opened or scheduled for grading. Why?
