  1. Dear LNCS,

Thank you.  If you are submitting something other than NGC or PCGS, you can submit them with your raw coins on the same submission form.  You will need to sign the consent to remove form when you submit.

    Thank you,

    Lisa

  2. Hello,

We would prefer that they be submitted in flips.  The reason is that our receiving department will need to remove them and place them in flips and that puts them more behind than they are already now.  When we weren't as busy as we are now, it really didn't matter.

    Thanks,

    Lisa

  3. Hello,

I see that you have become a paid member.  US and World coins must be on their own form.  Please do not put them on the same form as our receiving department is behind as it is and for them to have to take the time to separate them on different forms slows them down even more.

The grading tiers will be determined by what values you are going to be placing on the coins.  If you value the coins $300 or less per coin, you can submit the US on the Economy tier and the World on the World Value tier.  If you are sending both US and World coins, you can make a note on each submission to have them ship together.

The following link will show you our Services and Fees.

  4. Hi leeg,

My condolences as well. So sorry.

It isn't moisture in the holder.  What  you are seeing are what we call contact marks.  This will happen when the inner core is touching the outer plastic.  If you pinch that area a few times it may just disappear.  There isn't any guarantee that if we were to re-holder this it wouldn't happen again.

    Thanks,

    Lisa

  5. Hello Vess1,

Thank you.  Yes, we are out of the scratch resistant holders so, we are just putting them in regular holders and you are not being charged the "Scratch Resistant" fee.  At this time we are currently out of the 1550 label and that is what we are waiting for.  It shouldn't be much longer.

    Thank you,

    Lisa

  6. Hello,

We are currently opening mail that was delivered to us the week of October 18th.  I assure you that we are doing everything that we can to try to get caught up.  We're hiring more people which also takes time to train.  Our teams are working 10-12 hours a day and Saturdays.  Your patience is appreciated.

    Thank you,

    Lisa
