Mint mark error indentification
Marc Bateman replied to Marc Bateman's topic in Newbie Coin Collecting Questions
I did list it under the newbie platform and when I tried to upload the front and back and the close up it wouldn't let me. Said to much data. But the mint mark on this coin appears to have alot more material than my other ones of the same date and mint. Thank you for your help and I will learn how to send more than a couple pictures. Thank you -

Hello everyone, hope all is good. Ok I'm a part of several coin and money groups on social media. But before that I know it is totally wrong for you to clean your coins. Ok this question gets brought up at least 20 xs a week, " how do I clean my coins" and then you get to read all the good, crazy, WTF answer's. Any stories or advice that you can share and then i can use? Alot of people think it's just a scam from grading company's to make you use there service. Once again thank you so much. And remember smiling is contagious, so don't forget to SMILE...

Thought’s and knowledge! ( IKE DOLLAR )

The toning was my main concern. I've never seen toning like this. To me it looks like shoe polish or walnut varnish, so thank you for your insight -

I have read a few differences articles about the 1971 Eisenhower $1, value, conditions and popularity. A lot of opinions. Secondly is this darkness on the coin toning? Natural? or man made ( like dipped in something)? Thank you all, I took several pics coin doesn’t move but I moved the light 3 different positions.

Thanks for your input, I have some more pics, the 8 looks pregnant, you was saying maybe a restrike. I see what your saying about a finger print. You know a lot more than me but here's a better pic -
Hi there hope everyone is good. So I was looking through some auctions and came across a bulk lot for sale. So I decided to bid on it, there wasn’t much worth a darn in the box. The last item I looked at was this botanic coin currency set. Looked it up online and was very surprised. Yes happy! Lol, so this item should be graded correct? Or not worth it? Thank you!
