  1. So what's the visual difference between mechanical and true doubling?
  2. Blurry I know, but, doubling? I am rookie, I see it in TRUST, W, N
  3. You betcha. I think it is, the micrometer says it is. And the L I are kinda gnarly, they slope right into the slide . I would think, environmental, but just in that spot? It's not a dryer coin for sure. You see that ding right above E R ?
  4. BOB! My favorite! The reeding is super inconsistent and nearly non existent and smooth around the 'error'
  5. Nah, freaking nailed it for me. Ty. What's up with the lower right edge\rim? It's 45°
  6. So what's the difference between that and a cud?
  7. Thanks to those who didn't poke as much fun as they could at me. I get it. I'm back tho. No assumptions on super value. Just a question about an error I have only seen one of. Or maybe I just don't have the experience y'all have. Yet. So please, in the numismatic way, what the heck do I have? And what up with his nose? Is it a broadstrike? Edited, what's up with the rim? Looks sloped.
  8. Please help me with this one and then I'll let y'all laugh me off the site, throwing tomatoes and rotten eggs as the little kid numismatics point and laugh at my terrible pictures, and ignorance. 82 small date. I looked, studied, got a micrometer and I know that the date fits the checklist
  9. 1972 Ok, I'm pretty sure this is a ddo on the lower to Middle left rim, the L, and the 2. But I've been wrong already... I can take better pictures if I need to
  10. Not even if something slipped in when it was about to pressed?
  11. Another pocket find, it has a perfect circle in the dead center. I thought maybe it was a die error, but not so sure
  12. I didn't mean to infer I was going to scam anyone... I really thought I had some wow factor.
  13. If someone can help me out figuring what this coin is made out of would be highly valued and appreciated person to me. I got it in Pocket change so I know nothing about it other than it looks like a nickel but it's a copper.. 2012 p Liberty. I do have a scant collection of coins, mostly errors, but I thought this was a premium error, many apologies.
  14. Hey so in collecting coins and such I just got started by the way I have a nickel that is made of copper I thought maybe it was made of gold but it's magnetic. I don't really have the money to get it graded so I'm posting it to macari and I'm pretty much just looking for a ballpark to put it in
