I love 1909 cents. My favorite year of that design. This is a lower grade coin but it's the only 1909 S I have. I love the look of the woodgrain on the reverse. I wish it didn't have the big ugly black spot on the obverse. But overall I am very happy to own it. May be the only one I ever get the chance to own. I bet this old coin could tell some stories if it could talk. ANACS F12

I have been on a raw coin kick for a little while now and while I have ended up with a few cleaned coins and some bad buys, I have been having a lot of fun seeing some of these coins in hand and not having to pay an arm and a leg for them.
