I have just one 5-oz. Your accumulation is the largest I have ever seen in one place at one time.
@ShinyObjects is a personal friend of mine. We met over on CT. This man embodies what coin involvement should be. His collection is incredible, he's not a braggart, and he's constantly giving to the community, especially to the Young Numismats. Glad to see you two have made acquaintances,

No. English is presently as close to a universal language as humans have come.
Language evolves, but all languages have rules that improve comprehension such as the one mentioned.
Thank you for the explanation. I thought when the kid sitting next to me said his chicken nuggets were "bus", that the ability to learn and comprehend had come to a complete halt in our species, but instead, that kid has evolved. Know how long evolution takes? Not 15 years. Our species is doomed. A cosmic joke. We've been floating through space utterly alone trying to make sense of it all for millennia, and it's come down to calling chicken nuggets "bus". Yeah, I'm good, thanks.

PS: It's "seen" not "scene."
(It's the past participle of see." I see; I have seen; I saw.)
The English language is dead. Long live progress.

I think this one looks pretty good. Looks to have a couple big die cracks on the obverse and some die polish lines on the reverse. We will see what the coin actually turns out to be in hand, but I’m pretty excited to get this one. This was the final coin I needed to complete the war nickel set.

Spanish. I guess that's close enough.
.
If you say so! I still say it sounds Australian, shhhh. Keep that between you and me. I don't want any Australasia supporters picketing my thread.
Although this is your thread. I'll still respect it, cuz it's you. Awww. Pals.

Muchos Gracias, senor! [Or something like that.)
Whoa! Gonna have to dumb it down a little for me! I do not speak Australian! Thank you for the vote of confidence though.

Come to think of it, and I want to be fair about this, I believe these small yellow legal pads, purchased years ago, were the last items I remember buying from a 99-cent store, for just 99-cents. The rapid proliferation of C-19 made running these stores, economically unfeasible, and most folded or changed their signage. I share my notes. I am just a simple person. The Myth of Q.A., is greater than the collector. I do what everyone else does, the way they've done it for years. Jotting populations down, revising them, using white-out and labels. I upgraded as far as I could, as fast as I could, and let it go. I did the best I could. I heeded the counsel of fellow members. But I was laid low by time. The rampaging juggernaut came to a full and complete stop. Whew! 🐓
Ya done good, kiddo!

Awesome, but a note pad for 99 cents (there is no cent sign anymore, can you imagine?)? Where can i find one? My W quarter notes look just like that. Great minds think alike.

@Pottydollar1878 stick to my threads. You fit in just right over here.

@Pottydollar1878 you need to play catch up. A lot to catch up on. I'm also running another thread catching up on my finds since i got banned. Lots of catching up, so catch up. Catch up. Catsup. Ketchup. Huh?

My heart says the silver quarter, since I've been actively searching for them for 45+ years. But my brain says the "W" quarters due to relative rarity and that the ones in circulation are slowly dwindling or getting worn.
Same club, as usual. I know the silver is well, silver! But the W makes me giddy when i find one. I did use that '64 quarter as an example though. It's very common. The winged liberty dime? Those make me giddy, as well.
Thank you for stopping by and participating. Enjoy the long holiday weekend, my friend.

Hardly any goodies the past two days, but i present to you a question.
Would you rather find that W V75 Salt River Bay quarter from yesterday, worth a minimum of 10 bucks on ebay, or this silver quarter, worth exactly 25 cents, or whatever melt value is, that i found today. Huh?
i asked you a question there fella, you gonna answer?
